1. 负责新业极业务的创新模式探索、复盘与迭代，针对关键新客户制定项目覆盖计划或合作探索，协助打通患者服务全程的闭环
2. 实现高质量的外部生态伙伴的战略合作与共建，通过与生态伙伴借力共创共建，充分融动内外部资源，形成患者服务的整合力，价值最大化
3. 熟悉公司相关治疗领域的核心业务策略，洞察业务需求，探索未来的价值产出，协同Global和中国战略，结合肿瘤、特药和未来管线，从业务规划、医疗卫生体系等多元视角，探索长期价值产出和模式迭代
4. 基于新业极年度工作策略和规划方向，统筹设定OBP管理机制，协调全年、季度工作目标及具体行动，并定期跟踪及复盘，助力达成各项既定任务
5. 基于模式梳理和业务结果转化，拓展和迭代新业极业务模式和长期规划
6. 其他相关工作

本科及以上
Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力
医药行业市场推广、准入、咨询、商务管理等相关岗位5年以上工作经验
出色的统筹、沟通、计划、组织协调能力

娴熟的英文能力
