Our opportunity
We are looking for our new Warehouse and Distribution Manager in Chile. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance and day-to-day operations of the Warehousing and Distribution products for the site, including business development and operational management. You will also be accountable for enabling the Maersk Wn D product families and value proposition to our clients, whether they are standalone solutions or part of a global supply chain solution.

Responsibilities:

Profit & Loss

• • P &L responsible for the site. Covering all products and clients offered at this site
• • New and existing customer management
• • Contract management
• • Site performance (cost/utilization)
• • Continious improvement & optimization of assets
• • Investment proposals and follow up on the same

• Product

• • Execution of WND strategy for site in aligment with area Wn D head
• • Business development aligned with strategy
• • Develop new customers by liasing with area sales
• • Site implementation
• • Growth targets
• • Product mix
• • Tender handling support to area Wn D head
• • Expand business footprint while ensuring proftable growth
• • Customization and localization of the products within the framework

Requirements:

• Extensive operational Wn D experience
• Retail, Lifestyle and product mix management, wholesaler delivery
• Result oriented, daily production management, continues improvement project implementation proven record
• Collaboration and influencing skills for internal and external customers
• Expertise to define, adjust and execute the operational strategy depending on the customer demands (Seasons)
• 3PL extensive background, Contract and SLA management
• Abilabity to support remote and on site the team 24/7
• High presentation skills to upper level of internal and external, deployment of deep root cause analysis and available to propoposed solutions
• Data savy for generating his / her own reporting package from the actual Data bases
