About Us:At Aspen Creek Homes, we specialize in creating personalized custom homes that are designed with quality craftsmanship and tailored to the needs of each client. We are passionate about providing a seamless, exceptional experience from the first consultation to the final walk-through. As a growing company, we’re looking to expand our sales team with a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate who is ready to be part of a vibrant team, representing our brand to prospective home buyers.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the home-buying process.
• Present our custom home designs, floor plans, and construction options to clients.
• Maintain and update client information using CRM software, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
• Assist in qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final sale.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth transitions from sales to construction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Work Authorization: Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit.
• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous sales experience (preferably in real estate, home sales, or construction).
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with custom home building or the luxury real estate market.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation (for property showings).
• Recommendation letter from past employees (real estate company)
