Have you successfully managed full lifecycle implementation projects from start to finish? Are you able to create project plans effortlessly? As a Project Manager at Sage, you’ll work closely with our customers until the implementation is finalized. In this position, you’ll be part of the Sage Intacct Professional Services team and report to a Director of Professional Services. If you excel at delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction and successful system adoption, this could be a perfect fit for you.

This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week in our Toronto office.

:

You will serve as our customers primary contact through the project

You will ensure completion of the full scope of contracted services and deliverables as defined in the Statement of Work

You will build/maintain project plans and drive on-time task completion by both customer and internal personnel

You will report project status/budgets to customer and relevant internal personnel

You will maintain internal project details utilizing Sage Intacct’s project tracking systems including project status, forecast of remaining budgeted hours to tasks, target completion dates, and assigned personnel

You will achieve annual revenue minimums and accurately track work time daily

You will ensure project team members submit project work time accurately and timely, and review/approve all submissions by stated deadlines

:

Bilingual in English and French (Canada)

2+ years of experience as project manager responsible for overall delivery of software implementations

PMP certification or equivalent (nice-to-have)
