Job Summary:
Dynamic Hydraulics is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and focused individual to effectively fill the position of Project Coordinator. This individual will assist the service team and Senior Rebuild Technicians in high value, high production work. Organized, focused and reliable individuals will be given priority and an opportunity to elevate within the company. Mechanical/Hydraulic and administrative experience is an asset, but not a requirement.
The successful applicant will be responsible for their time management, efficiency, and personal safe work practices. This position requires an individual with an acute attention to detail, positive attitude, exceptional organizational and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely.
Responsibilities/accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support and assist the service team and Hydraulic Technicians - with parts orders, invoicing, timecard entry, job quoting and other general duties
- Support Senior Rebuild Technicians with high priority projects
- Reliable and positive with a “willingness to help where needed attitude”
Support Service Coordinator – Is the top priority of this role. This can range from assisting with sourcing parts for ongoing projects, stock orders, logistics, invoicing, job quoting and general administrative duties.
Support Senior Rebuild Technicians with high priority projects – Is the secondarily part of the role. This aspect of the role includes working alongside senior hydraulic technicians and assisting with cleaning, organizing, and assembling high value components.
Reliable and Positive with a “willingness to help where needed attitude” – Positively and consistently provide the team and organization with the willingness to help wherever needed to support the common goal. Be reliable and accountable to show up on time, focused and ready to work.
