Procurement Administrator
Location: Calgary
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to busy procurement and operations departments. The primary objective is ensuring Purchase Orders are generated in a timely manner and that procurement transactions are accurately documented
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Generating and distributing PO’s to field staff for pickups etc.
· Distributing PO’s that have been generated by other Procurement staff to field staff for pickups etc.
· Populating PO’s with item and pricing information.
· Populating RGM’s (Return Goods & Materials).
· Item setups in inventory database.
· Assisting Accounts Payable with credits /PO’s/Invoices with resolving invoicing and return discrepancies.
· Shipping and receiving (low volume and forklift operation required).
· Provide administrative support to Calgary Operations.
· General administration.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of related administrative experience
· Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Adobe.
· Experience with Navision or Business Central an asset.
· Strong commitment to safety.
· Strong customer service orientation and an ability to work successfully within a team.
· Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Prior experience working in the construction, maintenance and/or electrical/instrumentation industry is an asset.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Work takes place indoors, and outdoors occasionally.
· This position requires the ability to walk around a large and congested yard.

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
