Overview
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in diagnosing, installing, and maintaining bakery equipment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless setup and operation of ovens, dough machines, and other bakery equipment.
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software (e.g., Creo).
• Draft detailed schematics and technical drawings to communicate design specifications effectively.
• Diagnose, repair, and install a variety of bakery equipment, including ovens and dough machines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate installations.
• Travel across Canada and the USA for equipment installations and on-site support.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including Creo.
• Hands-on experience with bakery equipment installation and maintenance is a strong advantage.
• Must have resided in Canada for more than 3 years.
• Ability to travel extensively across Canada and the USA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information effectively.
