Full time service advisor position specializing in Volkswagen and Audi brand vehicles. Located in Sudbury, Ontario.
Purpose: To provide a superior level of service to all service customers; whether inside or outside the dealership; and to maintain a professional work space that upholds the reputation and luxury standards of our brands.
Service advisors are directly responsible for the experience of our customers and have a great role to play in improving customer satisfaction in both the Parts and the Service departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:Employee is tasked with servicing walk-in customers, phone-in customers, online requests, scheduled appointments, and in-dealership requests in a timely and professional manner. Employee will be responsible for actively serving, quoting, recommending, and selling vehicle maintenances, parts, and other repairs to customers as well as maintaining and booking appointments. Maintaining contact with customers throughout appointments, ensuring the cleanliness of customer vehicles, checking work completed will all be key parts of the position.
Some technical understanding of vehicles is required.

Requirements:This position is for an individual who is team oriented with a strong work ethic and cooperative attitude. We are looking for a person with meticulous attention to detail and who is driven by the idea of providing a superior customer experience when dealing with a dealership service department.
Upon hiring and as part of our ongoing commitment to quality and employee development, employees will be registered and will receive online and in class training in regards to the manufacturers products, work flow processes, and various other items key in running a smooth parts operation. In class training is done at various locations including in dealership and at VW and Audi Canada locations in Toronto.
