Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential lead buyers and companies interested in purchasing our high-quality leads for Car Dealerships in Canada. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is commission only for the first 10 deals, then we will transition you to salary + commission, if this does not fit you do not apply. We are looking for hungry, assertive, smart, tenacious "hunters" only.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential lead buyers and companies in the automotive industry.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate interest in our lead services.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our digital leads to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Compensation:
This position offers a high rate of commission for the first 10 deals, providing you with the opportunity to earn substantial income based on your performance. After the initial 10 deals, the compensation structure will transition to a competitive salary.
