Job Title: Bilingual Operations Officer II
Duration: Dec. 12/24 to Jun. 13/25 (Possible extension/conversion)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
Locations: Hybrid, onsite twice a week – Saint John, NB
Description:
Provide a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function. May contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality.
Summary of Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate and timely transactions following SLAs, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Address and escalate operational issues while ensuring service quality.
• Support partners by managing transactions, validating data, and resolving requests efficiently.
• Manage workload to meet productivity goals, maintain confidentiality, and identify process improvements.
• Adhere to compliance frameworks, including AML and regulatory requirements.
• Actively contribute to a collaborative and diverse team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting development.
• Handle low-to-moderate risk transactions, resolve issues within defined parameters, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Participate in personal development and cross-training to enhance expertise.

MUST HAVE:

• Bilingual/French Speaker required
• Operations experience
• Admin experience
• Client facing experience
• MS Office Suite proficiency
