North Star Ford is looking for a Vehicle Sales Manager - Team Lead to join the Sales team in Fort Mc Murray!

Qualifications for this position are:

• Previous Sales Manager experience an asset but not required if you have sold cars before
• Have proven Automotive Sales Achievements (15 units +/month)
• Possess the ability to accurately appraise, purchase and wholesale vehicles
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be a proven team player with great interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
• Have experience in coaching and developing a team to success
