Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Assist the store manager in the day-to-day management of the store.
• Provide internal training.
• Build customer loyalty.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist in merchandising products.
• Support internal training.
• Be a key player in the team.
• Work closely with the store manager and assistant manager.

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

• Has a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or employee management.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrates leadership.
• Communicates effectively.
• Shows autonomy and initiative.
• Maintains a positive attitude at all times.
• Uses good judgment and is solution-oriented.
• Has strong organizational and planning skills.
• High school diploma is an asset.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will:

• Participate in supervising, motivating, and managing employees.
• Maintain customer service standards and offer an exceptional shopping experience.
• Positively influence employees to achieve their goals.
• Meet sales targets (Sales Goals, SPH, DPT).
• Review sales reports.
• Develop lasting relationships with employees and customers.
• Participate in onboarding new employees.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up with customers.
• Participate in managing store operations.
• Handle store openings and closings as needed.
• Promote and ensure visual merchandising of products.
• Apply company procedures and policies.
• Manage inventory according to established processes.
• Perform any other related tasks.
