QA Automation Engineer – Playwright | Conversational AI

Project Overview:
We are seeking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a project supporting a telecommunications and cloud communications platform as a service (Paa S) company.
The role involves designing and developing cutting-edge automation solutions for a chatbot and voicebot platform.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain an end-to-end (E2E) automation testing framework using Playwright.
· Ensure the framework is modular, scalable, and reusable to support long-term testing coverage.
· Write, optimize, and maintain E2E test cases for chatbot and voicebot flows, API integrations, UI components, and backend services.
· Automate regression, performance, and integration tests across multiple application layers.
· Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA team members to identify testing requirements and create robust strategies.
· Partner with Dev Ops to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution.
· Monitor test runs, identify and report defects, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
· Generate detailed test execution reports and provide metrics on automation coverage and quality.
· Advocate for QA best practices, tools, and standards across the team.
· Stay updated with advancements in automation testing, chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI to continuously improve testing processes.
Requirements:
· Proven experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks, preferably using Playwright or similar tools.
· Strong knowledge of Java Script/Type Script or equivalent scripting languages.
· Familiarity with testing APIs, RESTful services, and Web Sockets.
· Solid understanding of software testing concepts, including E2E, integration, and performance testing.
· Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests using tools like Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
· Familiarity with tools like Postman, Cypress, or Selenium.
· Experience with cloud-based environments and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
· Knowledge of NLP, chatbot testing tools, or conversational analytics.

Pay: €65,00 - €70,00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
