Position: Engineer Release Support

• Reporting to the Team Leader of the Release Support Department.

Objectives
As a Quality Engineer Production within the Release Support department, you will mainly be responsible for handling deviations originating from the Production department. You will be responsible for performing thorough root cause analysis, assessing the quality impact on the intermediate products of Prothya Biosolutions BE and defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions. You will also be a point-of-contact for other departments to provide quality-related support.
Your work has a direct impact on the release of the intermediates products towards our clients.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

• You will investigate deviations from the production department (root cause analysis and quality impact assessment).
• You will define and help implement CAPAs.
• You will handle quality complaints from clients.
• You will be the Quality/Compliance intermediate within the production department.
• You will work closely with production colleagues and their supervisors.
• You will work together with the QA, Maintenance, QC, Process Engineering and Product Development departments.
• Create KPI reports and report them to several target audiences.
