We are currently looking for an Archestra Engineer with Scada knowledge based in Brussels area in Belgium.
Responsibilities:

• Incident management:
• Act as first line of support
• End to end incident management
• Redact Knowledge base article for future incident resolution
• Monitoring Application health

Problem management:

• Proactive and reactive problem management
• Create and manage problem tickets
• Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB & product vendors as appropriate)

Change management:

• Create, manage change requests
• Follow up on change activities
• Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests)

Application Operations & Lifecycle Management:

• Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor)
• Create installation procedures as appropriate
• Create and manage asset information in CMDB
• Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable)
• Create/update service desk guide
• Create/update configuration guide

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, or related field to Life Sciences.

Experience in:

• ITSO SME Support
• Application Version upgrade
• IT Interventions
• Coordination and Communication with Users, Stakeholders and Solution Providers
• GXP and GAMP validation standards
• Good understanding of Gx P
• Application should be support is PCS7
• Act as first line of support
• End to end incident management
• Redact Knowledge base article for future incident resolution
• Strategic Thinker, to drive innovative thinking and add value to the service provided.
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Handle and operate efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent English and French is a must
