Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and payment system according to the company’s standard procedures.
• Always delivers exceptional and friendly service.
• Has a thorough knowledge of the products we offer.
• Ensures all products are produced and presented according to the product standard specifications.
• Ensures optimal production planning and minimization of wastage.
• Identifies any equipment and material needs and informs the Restaurant manager.
• Maintains all menus and POS within his or her store in excellent condition.
• Execute and maintain all the hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures according to the ‘Food Code policies of Bahrain Municipality and brand guidelines.
• Execute and maintain all the health and safety policies and procedures according to the brand’s, company’s, and Bahrain Airport policies and procedures.
• Ensures effective communication within the store with the use of a logbook and verbal.
• Ensures store’s merchandising and product placement is according to the brand’s standard and the standard planograms.
• Attends all meetings or trainings assigned by the management.
• Complete other responsibilities and tasks assigned by the Restaurant or Café Manager or Supervisors.

• Demonstrate knowledge of Brand and products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner.
• Maintain all unit displays in accordance with SSP and Brand standards.
• To adapt work pace to needs of the business to ensure maximum profitability.
• Contribute to Team’s success in achieving all unit targets.
• To maximize all sales opportunities through positive selling techniques.
• Consistently meet shift or daily average spend, waste and portion control targets.
• Promote company promotions to increase revenue, Brand leadership and integrity.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary BD 150
• Food Allowance BD 30
• Accommodation, Transportation and Medical Insurance will be provided.
