                                        About the Role: As a Travel & Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with planning and booking their dream vacations. You'll leverage your expertise in the travel industry to provide personalized recommendations, handle reservations, and ensure a seamless travel experience.

- Client Consultation:
 - Actively listen to clients' needs and preferences to understand their ideal vacation.
 - Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
 - Tailor vacation packages to meet specific requirements and budgets.
 - Sales:
 - Proactively promote travel packages and services to attract new clients.
 - Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.
 - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the travel agency.
 - Booking and Reservation:
 - Handle all aspects of the booking process, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
 - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the reservation process.
 - Manage client accounts and maintain detailed records.
 - Customer Service:
 - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process.
 - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
 - Follow up with clients after their trips to gather feedback and build relationships.
 - Stay Updated:
 - Keep abreast of industry trends, new destinations, and travel promotions.
 - Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
 
- GDS Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
 - Bahrain Local Experience: In-depth knowledge of Bahrain's tourism landscape, attractions, local customs, and cultural nuances.
 - Proven Sales Record: A track record of successfully achieving sales targets in the travel industry.
