Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery and cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, hand-on experience as Barista is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling purposes.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
