· Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our real estate properties in Bahrain.
· Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and comply with local regulations and safety standards.
· Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
Maintain accurate financial records, including rent collection and budgeting
· Ensure compliance with property regulations and policies.
· Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices to enhance the value and performance of our real estate portfolio.
· Negotiate and administer property leases, including rent collection, lease renewals, and resolving tenant issues.
· Strong knowledge of property management principles, local real estate laws, and regulations in Bahrain.
· Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and property performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
· Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business administration, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in the real estate industry, with a successful track record of managing commercial and residential properties.
