Project Manager

Good day to all!
Our company is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER who will be the key accountable project personnel and representative answerable to the day – to – day project deliverables to the Bahrain Airport Company. He will also supervise and manage all cleaning staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. male (around 40 years old)
2. has minimum bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field from a reputable university (degree in civil or mechanical engineering will be an advantage)
3. has professional certifications in project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Facilities Manager
4. must have comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques gained through formal education and on-the-job experience
5. has more than ten (10) years’ experience in managing facility management services/ projects in a large complex commercial facility with a proven track record of success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards; or has minimum five (5) years’ experience in a reputed 5 – star airport in the capacity of project manager or custodial manager within GCC region (experience in airport cleaning services/ soft services is an advantage)
6. has experience in managing project teams including recruitment, training, and performance management; and the ability to motivate staff to deliver high quality services consistently
7. has proven experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling including developing project plans, identifying project risks, and managing project scope, schedule, and budget
8. has experience in managing contracts with vendors/ suppliers and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
9. has strong interpersonal and communication skills (including the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and other departments; and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders)
10. should be highly skilled on Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Project or Visio
