Position: Human Resources Manager (Bahraini Nationals Only)
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about managing and maintaining essential records? We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain records for 300+ staff members, primarily delivery riders.

Ensure safe storage and digital backups of essential documents such as:

• CPR, Passport copies
• Driving licenses
• Vehicle registration and insurance documents
• Employee Agreements, Loan forms & other work related docs.
• Asset handover forms, and more.

Oversee and update the database of riders and ensure compliance with policies.
Create and manage a seamless filing system for physical and digital records.
Handle HR-related tasks, including onboarding, document collection, and policy adherence.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ BAHRAINI's only to apply.
✅ Prior experience in HR or a similar role.
✅ Strong organizational and data management skills.
✅ Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and digital record-keeping systems.
✅ Knowledge of Bahraini labor laws is a plus.
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with diverse staff.
