Dedicated Principal to oversee the daily operations of the Preschool /Nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursery staff, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
- Develop and implement educational programs and curricula that meet the needs of all children.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and parents.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards.
- Manage the nursery's budget and resources effectively.
- Provide ongoing professional development and support for staff.
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
