Job Title: Field Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom, IT, and security infrastructure at customer locations. This includes tasks such as fiber and network cabling, ONT (Optical Network Terminal) installation, Wi-Fi and CCTV device setup, as well as configuring switches, routers, and PBX systems. You will ensure that all installations and setups meet high standards for functionality and connectivity, while providing excellent customer service on each assignment.

You will ensure that all installations and setups meet high standards for functionality and connectivity, while providing excellent customer service on each assignment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing and configuring fiber cabling, network cabling, ONTs, Wi-Fi devices, CCTV systems, switches, routers, and PBX systems.
- Setting up building infrastructure to support telecommunications, networking, and security needs.
- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and connectivity.
- Diagnosing and resolving connectivity or hardware issues on-site as required.
- Coordinating with clients and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
- Documenting completed work and keeping detailed records of service activities.
- Valid driver’s license in Bahrain.
- Basic knowledge of telecom, networking, and security equipment, including fiber cabling, ONTs, CCTV systems, switches, routers, and PBX systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field technician role, ideally within telecom, IT, or security services.
