What you’ll do:

• Manufacturing process analyse and identification of potential improvements to achieve efficiency targets (continous improvement)
• Support the design and implementation of new, and optimization of existing manufacturing or support processes.
• Steering of certain established processes.
• Support layout design and optimization to consider material flow and safety constraints.
• Support plant or PDD related projects as team member.
• Support design and updates of FMEAs.
• Maintenance of master data, bill of materials and routings in the ERP-system - check calculations on plant level.
• Article creation for new products in the ERP-system on plant level.
• Working with different stakeholders to implement enhancements
• Follow change management procedures
• Administrative support for project management
  

Qualifications:

• Technical education (secondary technical school or higher degree)
  
• At least 3 years experience in similar position
  

• Excellent German & good English,
  
• Good technical understanding
  
• Very good MS-Office knowledge
  
• Experience with SAP or another ERP programme preferred
  
• Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  
• Structured approach to complex task areas and creative and analytical thinking to overcome project challenges
  
• High level of engagement
