IT Steering and Outsourcing Manager (f/m/x)

As the IT Steering and Outsourcing Manager , you will be at the helm of our IT capabilities, steering us through the ongoing transformation of the industry and their regulatory environment. Your mission at Raiffeisen Capital Management:

• Craft and actively manage the strategic IT roadmap in alignment with both RCM's and RBI's business strategies
• Lead the coordination and progression of RCM's IT sourcing strategy in partnership with business units
• Drive the continuous development of the IT platform, integrating business needs with strategic IT goals
• Oversee the management of IT expenditure within RCM
• Handle IT demand management processes to align with business and regulatory requirements
Maintain a business-oriented IT organization, ensuring service level and access management, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight

Your core competencies:

• Proficiency in strategic IT planning, IT governance, and platform development
• Work experience in IT demand management and budget planning
• Knowledge of IT service level and access management
• Familiarity with IT control frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA)
• Understanding of IT security principles, especially in the context of asset management
Proficency in German and English for the communication with tech and non-tech stakeholder

Nice to have:

• Specialized knowledge of IT Enterprise Architecture in the asset management industry
• Experience with the operational management of IT security functions
