We are Offering

Generous salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with the venue managers to cultivate beloved, one-of-a-kind brands that captivate local audiences.
Spot market gaps, seize opportunities, and dazzle with your innovative ideas to drive growth.
Take the lead in crafting dynamic marketing strategies and curating exciting events calendars for our venues.
Work closely with our digital, design, and brand teams to craft a seamless online journey for our customers.

What We're Looking For

A passion for hospitality is a must in this role
Minimum of two years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies, with strong financial acumen.
Technical marketing and digital skills
Proven experience in customer and market research
Experience working in high-pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders.
Experience managing budgets and financial statements.
