Aqua Mobile is an award-winning at-home swim school founded by Diana Goodwin in 2011. We select the top instructors and lifeguards in local areas across the country to provide high-quality swim lessons and lifeguard services to clients at their home or condo pools.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking to expand our team of dedicated, qualified swim instructors and lifeguards who will deliver effective, engaging, and enjoyable at-home swimming lessons to clients of all ages
Requirements:
Applicants who don’t meet the following requirements will still be considered for the role, provided all relevant qualifications/checks are obtained or renewed prior to starting.
Essential Requirements:

• Australian Swimming Qualifications (Austswim, Royal Life Saving, Swim Australia or Southern Education)
• Current CPR Qualifications
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check or willing to obtain
• Pool Lifeguard Qualifications (Lifeguard applicants only)
• Access to reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications:

• First Aid or willing to obtain
• Teacher of Babies and Toddlers / Infant and Preschool Aquatics
• Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Competitive Strokes
• Teacher of Access and Inclusion
• Teacher of Adolescents and Adults

We offer:

• The flexibility to set your own hours and travel zone so you can work around other commitments
• A competitive salary ($45 - $66 per hour) + bonuses + tips *hourly rates vary by town but are ALWAYS highly competitive

• The opportunity to build deep relationships with your students; most clients book private lessons or semi-private lessons.
