- Providing educational, strategic leadership and development in the operation of vocational education and services within the Plumbing & Safety Services team.
- Drive the development of innovative delivery models and opportunities to enhance student outcomes and facilitate Chisholm growth and financial performance
- Deliver practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive business outcomes.
- Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.
- Champion and support the implementation of Chisholm’s new Strategic Plan 2025-2029
ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive and results driven individual who is committed to delivering excellence. A highly motivated and organised individual with proven experience in managing teams in a client focussed industry. You will have great interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position you for success in this role.
Qualifications required for the role:
You will have tertiary qualifications in management or a related business portfolio or extensive experience in a related discipline. You will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent.
