This is an amazing opportunity for a Head Chef to be totally involved overseeing this well-loved a la carte restaurant. Use your passion for creating a stunning menu of modern Australian cuisine incorporating local produce and native ingredients.
You will:

• Induct, train and lead a kitchen of up to 10, encouraging them to excel
• Develop operational procedures and manuals to drive consistent performance
• Build strong relationships with local suppliers and other stakeholders
• Manage all kitchen financials, rostering, ordering, menu design and costings

Experience, Skills and Qualifications you require:

• Commercial Cookery Trade Qualifications
• Head/Sous Chef experience in a full service a la carte establishment
• A highly creative flair for menu development
• Hold current First Aid Certificate and current "C" Class Drivers Licence
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the operation of POS and kitchen systems
