What you'll do

• Maintain and optimize existing ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Develop new reports using SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and present meaningful insights from various data sources
• Design and implement new products, including interactive Dashboards and Reports using AWS Quick Sight to facilitate data visualization and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions around complex business needs
• Write clear and concise documentation for code and processes

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of enterprise-level experience coding in Python and building Python-based web applications
• 5+ years of professional experience working with My SQL or other SQL database
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with web development, with an expertise in Python backend development
• 3+ years of experience with building and consuming APIs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus points

• Experience with AWS services like Quick Sight, S3, Aurora, Step Functions, Lambdas, and Batch
• Experience with Docker to containerize applications for seamless deployment
• Experience working at a scaling startup
