QuickBooks Online Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time remote Quick Books Online Specialist to handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including matching check register entries and running both standard and custom reports. This role requires proficiency in Excel, with experience in downloading Quick Books data, creating custom reports, and performing data analysis through pivot tables.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and customize standard Quick Books reports
Develop and analyze custom financial reports using Excel pivot tables
Provide data insights and support financial reporting needs

Qualifications

Strong experience with Quick Books Online and Excel, particularly in pivot table analysis
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Highly Analytical
Power BI
