We are looking for a Product Owner to join our company.
The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!
What you will be doing
- Define and prioritize the product backlog according to the strategy and business objectives.
- Gather and maintain traceability of stakeholder requirements, ensuring they are implemented according to the product roadmap.
- Collaborate in creating business cases that support investment decisions.
- Deeply understand the customer experience, identifying product improvement opportunities and generating ideas that drive growth.
- Work closely with development and design teams to ensure product requirements are clear, validated, and deliverables meet expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor behavior to adjust product priorities as needed.
- Evaluate the performance of released features, analyzing their impact on conversion rates and suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Assist in identifying improvement areas and new business opportunities within existing products.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Specialist, or in roles related to product development.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and willingness to dive into details.
- Education and/or solid experience in business analysis, and market strategy.
- Practical knowledge of software development and web technologies (a plus).
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good written and spoken English.
