Administrative Assistant – Supervising Associate - EY Global Delivery Services

Your key responsibilities

First point of contact for the client and collaborating teams
- Work assignment and changes of scope
- Backup structure formation
- Escalations management
- Preparing working models / reviewing SLAs
- Running regular interlocks meetings with stakeholders and all collaborating teams
- Reporting on KPI and SLA’s
- Being involved in the planning process for next stages of the process
- Regular introduction of new tools, solutions, technologies, changes and modifications of the process
- Strategical and operational advisor for stakeholders
Business related queries - SPOC for stakeholders and GDS management
People management
- LEAD – discussing carrier path and grow, planning learning paths
- 1-1 meetings & team meetings
- Overtime & leaves approvals
- Resources management (recruitment process, extending offers, signing contracts, onboarding)
- Counseling, coaching, mentoring
- Administrative responsibility for people employed in GDS team – invoicing, budgeting, reporting
- EA duties for assigned PPEDD portfolio

To qualify for the role, you must have:

+7 years of relative experience (mandatory)
Advanced English skills: written and oral communication (mandatory)
Excellent organizational skills.
Customer oriented mindset.
Attention to details.
Flexibility to work in the US timezone
Location: Buenos Aires/Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina

Ideally, you’ll also have

Professional experience in administrative tasks.
Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
