Job Posting: Country Manager / Business Development Manager
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals for the role of Country Manager/Business Development Manager to expand our business operations in Latin America, Africa, and CIS regions.
Target Countries
Pay: Bs F30,000.00 - Bs F32,000.00 per month
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals for the role of Country Manager/Business Development Manager to expand our business operations in Latin America, Africa, and CIS regions.
Target Countries
- Latin America: Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Dominican Republic
- Africa: Kenya, Algeria, Nigeria, Zimbabwe
- CIS: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan
- India Salary: Up to ₹60,000/- CTC Monthly
- Country Allowance: $1,000 (inclusive of all expenses in the working country)
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives ranging from $2,000 to $15,000 yearly
- Posting: 3 to 6 months annually in the assigned country
- Engage with 3-4 distributors/importers daily to build and strengthen relationships.
- Manage regulatory follow-ups and ensure compliance with clients in the assigned region.
- Drive business development activities with existing and potential clients to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or international trade.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle regulatory requirements.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and reside in assigned countries as required.
Pay: Bs F30,000.00 - Bs F32,000.00 per month
