UX Research Moderator and Facilitator (Sunnyvale)

We're looking for candidates who are effective communicators, passionate about understanding people, and curious about the relationship between design, technology, and humans. You can work independently and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects.
As a UX Research Moderator and Facilitator, you'll:
- Perform research activities from recruiting, moderation, and basic analysis, and reporting.
- Keeping an eye on the big picture in understanding our customer groups.
- Conduct lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, field research, and surveys.
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, psychology, anthropology, human factors, or other relevant field
- 3+ years of product research experience as a moderator, facilitating 1:1 in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and concept testing
- Experience with video editing
- Understands basic statistical concepts
- Excellent people skills with strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
