Scheduling Coordinator

Our company is one of the largest court reporting and legal videography companies in the United States. We are looking to hire a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Louisville office. The ideal candidate will have:

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and network with other reporting companies
  • Ensure calendar is up to date
  • Daily data entry
  • Answer client calls
  • Help with job confirmations
  • Conduct ZOOM test calls
  • Assign Resources
  • Respond to client emails with a sense of urgency
Scheduling/Calendar experience preferred but not required. You should also be comfortable working with attorneys and other business professionals daily. You should have a high level of IT literacy and computer functions. Ability to prioritize job tasks in a pressurized environment. Reliable transportation and timeliness is required.
