An individual with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, we are looking for an honest and dedicated candidate to join our fast-paced mail delivery team. Rural Carrier Associates are responsible for transporting and sorting packages/letters while ensuring they are properly delivered to their destinations. This is a physically demanding position that requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure proper delivery. Our postal workers perform important services that help our customers get their mail faster and on time, which is why we strive to hire individuals who have an interest in helping others.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect mail from the delivery truck and deliver to mailboxes located near the street.
  • Collect mail from their assigned mailboxes, sort and place mail in delivery truck.
  • Accurate delivery of mail
  • Attend Rural Academy Training and orientation
Requirements:
  • Applicants should have a valid state driver's license, a safe driving record and at least 2 years of unsupervised experience driving a passenger car or larger in the U.S or its possessions or territories or in U.S military installations worldwide.
  • Must be available to deliver packages on Sunday's and Holiday's. This is in addition to regular mail deliver Monday-Saturday.
