We are looking for a Purchasing Buyer to create and issue purchase orders, maintain supplier information and more.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Purchasing Buyer to create and issue purchase orders, maintain supplier information and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and issue Purchase Orders for Buy to Order products
- Review and verify purchase order information
- Enter ship/delivery dates into our database
- Review and verify purchase order price discrepancies
- Communicate abnormal price discrepancies to inside sales as needed
- Create PO changes as needed
- Coordinate POs that require a local pick up from the warehouse
- Set up new suppliers and maintain existing supplier relationships
- Support with end-of-year inventory
- High School Diploma or equal amount of experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Purchasing Buyer
- Experience in oil & gas, construction, industrial, or manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
