Luxury, hi-rise condominium association is now hiring for a Pool & Beach Attendant position.
Full-Time 40hrs per week, must be available to work weekends.
Hours of Operation: MONDAY - SUNDAY / 7AM-8:30PM

Job Qualifications:
- 5-star white glove experience and great attitude required
- Must be able work holidays and weekends
- Ability to work in a luxury resort atmosphere

Job Description:
- Consistently provide genuine customer service to residents/guests
- Welcome/greet all residents/guests to pool & beach areas
- Ensure pool & beach staff are following standard operating procedures and kindly enforcing rules
- Maintain proper inventory of supplies required for daily service including ordering supplies
- Kindly enforce association rules and regulations in all pool & beach areas.
- Follow departmental and association policies and procedures
- Ensure all safety policies are being enforced
- Ensure all Spa and pools are properly cleaned and correct temperature maintained daily by pool contractor
- Must maintain good communication with management and report any discrepancies that may arise
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, set up and break down of beach chairs and umbrellas etc.
Job Type: Full-Time/40hrs per week
Pay: $15.00-$20.00/hr
