• Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up
• Maintaining, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs
• Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business
• May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased
• Provide customer site service including equipment installation, maintenance, upgrade and repair on Alcon surgical equipment within an assigned service territory.

• Minimum of 3 years in sales or a similar role

• Educational Background; electrical/electronic engineer , physics engineer and biomedical engineer
• Turkish and intermediate-level of English

• Able to work in a surgical space like the operating room
