Danfoss has an exciting opportunity for a new colleague to join our Danfoss Power Solutions Organization in Danfoss Turkey. In this role, your responsibilities will include leading local and global cross-functional project teams over the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of business cases and actively contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of processes, guidelines, and tools for new product development. This position will be located at Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Develops Program Management plans with a well-structured WBS and cross-functional input
• Ensures a clear understanding of program priority and proper staffing
• Drives scope management, holds team meetings for accountability, and uses tools to assess program health and trends
• Validates customer needs communicates transparently with leaders and establishes strong cross-functional relationships
• Ensures contract understanding, adherence to baseline change management, and clear requirements in the So W
• Executes business case, understands organizational dynamics, and aligns the program with the strategic product roadmap
• Recognizes and communicates the business impact of events or changes, ensuring decisions align with the business case
• Inspires team commitment provides mentoring, and leads by example in a professional manner
• Demonstrates awareness of cultural diversity and organizational politics
• Applies change management principles for effective communication, training, and mitigation during deployment.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or preferably, a Master's degree in engineering or business administration
• Over 5 years of substantial experience in Program Management within a global corporate setting
• Proficiency in Project Management Software, including MS Project and Planisware tools
• Demonstrated capability to oversee complex global corporate transformation programming various business segments and capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align program deliverables with overarching business and strategic objectives
• Professional certification such as Program Management Professional (PMP) or 6 Sigma is considered a privilege
• Native proficiency in Turkish, fluent English
• No military obligations.
