Mission Statement:
The Product Marketing Manager for the Oil Type Distribution Transformers business in Türkiye brings the knowledge of a senior leadership and transformer specialist to lead a team of professional in Oil Type Distribution Transformer in Dudullu factory that provide tender and quotations in response to market needs to allow the business to delivery profitable and sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities
- Establishes marketing targeting and budgets. Ensure their achievements through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Develop and implements annual marketing plans in conjunction with business unit/product group. Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
- Drive sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales expertise) for each Sales person. Ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Look after Customer relationship by showcasing the factory on a regular basis and acts on the results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for Supply Side Orders and Order Gross Margin.
- Leads the team with a focus on operational planning and process development.
- Manages teams with a focus on operational execution; short/medium-term operational/tactical responsibilities. Full responsibility for human resource planning, selection, development, and performance management. Management involves utilizing individual subject matter expertise

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. A master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical department (R&D, Electrical Engineering or Design) and/or Project Manager and/or Product Marketing, Sales and Business development in the assigned sector(s) and preferably associated with transformer businesses bachelor’s degree in engineering. A master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus.
- The person in this role should have strong technical skills, in addition to the marketing experience.
- Intercultural sensitiveness is required, with good communication skills in oral and written
- Experience in change management, coaching, motivating, and developing diverse technical teams
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and systemic problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional groups and diverse environment
- Be willing to travel ~25%
