Job Description

What you will work on:1. Establish and cultivate strategic alliances with key associations, banks, and institutions in Turkey2. Organise events to showcase Alibaba.com's value proposition to potential clients.3. Identify and engage potential partners to collaborate with Alibaba.com, effectively promoting commercial products to SMEs within the Turkish market.4. Develop and execute localized strategies that align with team goals and resonate with the local business environment and narrative.5. Collaborate with internal teams to set targets, forge a strong network of partnerships, and create a pipeline of potential customers for conversion.

Position Requirement

1. Experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, Textiles, Electronics or a similar industry.2. Proven track record in establishing partnerships and driving sales within the Turkish SME sector through associations or government partnerships.3. Experience in sales coaching/partner development is strongly recommended4. Experience in managing C-level relationships and driving operational excellence through account planning and execution skills5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with diverse stakeholders and negotiating effectively.6. Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working, dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated.7. Strategically manage complex issues and derive recommendations and actions for sales and service solutions.8 . Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
