• Identify and develop new suppliers to drive competitiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance on cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead RFQ/RFI processes, analyze results, and provide strategic sourcing recommendations.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Purchasing, Procurement, or Materials Management, ideally in high-volume manufacturing.
• Expertise in RFQ processes, supplier management, and cost analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
