This role will be responsible for the execution of sales excellence and commercial capability development services (Training, Digital Channel Deployment, Sales and Marketing Services, Sales Force Effectiveness Exercises, Sales Force Optimization, Incentive Design and Calculation, In- Market Sales Reporting, CRM deployment and management and Omni-Channel Sales Force Operations) for Viatris Business in Turkey. Accountable for effective and compliant delivery of all related services.

This role is responsible define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales force in accordance with the company strategy and routinize KPI reporting

This role will lead segmentation & targeting processes and aim to continuously evolve them to fit changing business needs

This role will enable compliant and effective processes for all Sales Excellence operations in a respective market.

This role will manage an extended workforce through vendors and contract resources.

This role will own and lead Business Excellence service-related markets processes and technology platforms. This role will be responsible in working with IT to help realize IT infrastructure to leverage sales force related data sets.

Ensure effective execution of the Sales Excellence and Commercial Capability Development and local market processes, and integration of technology platforms across Sales Excellence scope into the market. Continuously evolve service delivery model as required.

Ensure smooth local operations in the market for Sales Excellence and Commercial Capability related tasks, mainly CRM Deployment and Operations, IC Design&Execution, Sales Force Effectiveness Tasks, Sales Force Optimization Tasks, In-Market Sales and Performance Reporting, Omni-channel Sales Force Operations, Sales Force Training

Plan and execute with Global Co Es and IT a well-planned integration strategy for all platforms

Execute across a complex multi-layer organizational matrix and rapidly changing external environment.

Accountable for leading the implementation of strategic initiatives that leverage regional resources, processes, and technology platforms to enhance value to Sales Excellence clients while maintaining/reducing cost.

Ensure sustainable collaborative working relationships across Sales Excellence and key enabling functions such as IT, HR, Compliance, Procurement, Finance and foster effective external relationships and influence strategic direction as needed.

Effectively facilitate with Global Centers of Excellence: Sales Force Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Incentive Design&Execution, Omni-channel Sales Force Operations and CRM Deployment.

Accountable for design and budget models and funding requests for Sales Excellence Budget.

Understand Viatris strategies, business goals, commercial support needs and. Understand long-range client strategy and ensure Sales Excellence model is flexible and scalable to meet future business needs.

Understand the market business strategy/needs and context, and be accountable to lead, own, develop and maintain local market processes to enhance value to clients while maintaining or reducing overall costs.

Partnering with the rest of the Emerging Markets organization to deliver on commitments Creating and sharing best practices among Emerging Markets Contributes to knowledge sharing and upskilling in IT community

BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s level education preferred
-
10+ years in Pharmaceutical Experience
-
5+ years of team leadership experience including leading teams
-
Demonstrated strong Business and Financial Acumen in order to support alignment across multiple functions.
-
Demonstrated Conflict Management, Judgment and Managerial Courage which is required to handle negotiations with commercial leaders. Accountable for development of Operating Plan to include Strategy, Structure, Resourcing, Compliance and Financial Models.

Extensive experience leading through matrix teams

Experience in building new teams aligned around complex new business needs

Proven track record in organizing and driving complex global projects
-
Ability to synthesize a significant amount of diverse information to build a compelling, data driven investment case or an executive briefing
-
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performing teams with very diverse backgrounds
-
Working knowledge of bio pharma sector trends, Regional and Market healthcare dynamics and economics, customer landscape, and competitor trends and actions.
