Job Description :
- Proactively search for and identify new suppliers to meet the company's purchasing needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible product pricing, terms, and payment conditions.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary procurement documents.
- Organize and set up meetings with suppliers.
- Ensure that all procurement activities are carried out based on the requirements outlined in purchase orders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- Good communicate in English and to team
- Have experience in automotive parts purchasing over 2 years
- Fluent in Japanese language is advantage
- Strategic thinking and drive for the results as condensed timeline
- Have basic product knowledge for plastic injection and painting
- Work under pressure and willing to achieve
- Willing to learn and work with multiple tasks at the same time
