Job Description

Based on material availability and capacity, respond to delivery dates for programs, issue production orders, and monitor production progress to ensure customer requirements and delivery times are met.

Responsibilities
Conduct forecast analysis whenever forecasts are updated, including production capacity analysis to ensure optimal production efficiency, maximum production capacity, manpower requirement analysis, material requirement analysis, etc.
Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans, follow up on the fulfillment status of production plans, monitor, track, and report production output, handle any deviations timely, and drive production to achieve set targets to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) for customers.
Based on forecast demand and production plans, create material purchase demands for buyers, serve as a communication window for material supply from the supply chain, follow up on material shortages, overdue POs, handle goods receiving discrepancies, feed materials to production, manage MRB inventory handling, etc., to ensure on-time material delivery to the production workshop.
Manage material supplier delivery performance and work to improve material supply stability and reliability together with other functions.
Monitor material inventory levels to ensure production supply while controlling inventory levels to minimize slow-moving inventory.
Follow up on ECR changes and phase-out products closely to prevent obsolete and excessive stock.
Lead customer annual inventory count activities.
Support ERP improvements as required.
Align with global strategy and cooperate with different functions to achieve common targets.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
Fluent in English communication.
Minimum 8 years of experience in production and material control.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Excel.
