What You’ll Do:

• Be a part of Operations Service Group (OSG) global functions, supporting Fiber and Pulp Operations.
• Manage and support all mechanical and design activities, including site optimization, team coordination, testing, validation, design, development, and project management.
• Oversee and steer activities with external partners, ensuring good governance and continuous improvement.
• Research new technology trends in modular package units and coordinate with the OSG Global Technology & Global Engineering Group.
• Build and maintain trust with clients across all sites for effective support and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in mechanical engineering, applied sciences or related fields with several years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical and rotating equipment devices.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID, including third-party package units.
• Good knowledge of pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping, and related equipment.
• Strong experience in inspections and testing of equipment packages.
• Ability to independently gather information and prepare clear, concise engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in COMOS, AUTOCAD, and E3D tasks, with or without AI support.
• Good knowledge of design manufacturing and predictive maintenance.
• At least 5 years of experience in Capex or OPEX projects.
• Strong enforcement capability, communication skills, high-cost awareness, and structured working methods.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office & SAP), proficiency in English, team-oriented, and willingness to travel.
• Experience with Lenzing is a plus.
