Quality Issue Resolution: Address body assembly quality issues using effective problem-solving methods and quality control (QC) tools.
New Model Development: Support the development of new models by ensuring precision in body dimensions and production processes.
3D Drawing Proficiency: Read and create 3D drawings to facilitate design changes and improvements.
Process Improvement: Enhance production processes to boost efficiency and quality in body assembly.
Defect Investigation: Investigate defects and implement solutions to achieve quality targets (DPHU).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams from R&D, production, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
Data Tracking and Reporting: Track and report key quality data using Microsoft Excel, and present findings using Power Point.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the production team to uphold high standards in body assembly.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen activities to foster ongoing improvements in body assembly.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all tasks.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in using QC tools.
QC Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with QC tools such as Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, 5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), root cause analysis.
Proficient in reading and creating 3D drawings using Auto CAD, CATIA, or similar software.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Power Point for presentations.
Able to communicate, discuss, and present in English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher).
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments.
Excellent interpersonal relations, positive attitude, punctuality, responsibility, and the ability to work under high pressure.
Logical thinking, analytical skills, problem solving skills & decision making, proactive approach to challenges and learn new things.
