Digital Content Creator – ESG initiatives

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Creator with a passion for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). In this role, you will develop impactful content that highlights our ESG initiatives. You will leverage your creativity and technical expertise to communicate complex concepts in innovative and engaging ways.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage digital content (videos, infographics, articles, social media posts) for ESG related topics.
- Collaborate with various departments to produce content that aligns with ESG goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Utilize IT tools and platforms to streamline content creation and optimize distribution across channels.
- Manage and monitor Internal digital platforms (ESG portal, Microsoft VIVA Engage), ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about ESG and technology trends to inspire innovative content strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital content creation, with a portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Strong IT skills, including familiarity with content management systems (CMS), data visualization tools, and video editing software.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Video editing programs) and social media management platforms.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and compellingly.
- Understanding of ESG principles and a passion for sustainability
- Analytical mindset with experience in using digital analytics tools to measure performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
